I awoke this morning to hear the news that Muhammad Ali passed away yesterday. A very sad day. The man was an immense character, a great sportman and a lovely human being. The backs of the cards show Muhammad Ali and Pelé together.

Panini America - Panini Instant

2016
Panini Instant
Panini America
USA

I have just received this information direct from Panini America. I hope to keep up-to-date with each new football card that is issued with an on-going illustrated checklist.

Panini America Set to Deliver Trading Cards in Real-Time with Launch of Panini Instant

by Tracy Hackler

Panini America, the world’s largest sports and entertainment collectibles company, announced today that it will begin offering fans the unique opportunity to collect rare, real-time trading cards commemorating the biggest moments in sports on a daily basis with the launch of Panini Instant.
The unique initiative - which launches this weekend during the Copa America Centenario soccer tournament and continues with the Euro 2016 soccer tournament - will commemorate the biggest moments, milestones and performances in sports on a daily basis and will give fans and collectors just 24 hours to order each day’s card.
“Panini Instant is a revolutionary direct-to-consumer product that allows fans to collect cards around key events and moments in sports,” said Panini America CEO Mark Warsop. “Panini Instant grants us the opportunity to capitalize on the evolving trend to collect in real-time and the ability to expand the trading card category beyond collectors to mainstream sports fans around the world.”
Each new Panini Instant card will be made available on iCollectPanini.com between noon and 1 p.m. CST the following day and will be available to purchase for 24 hours. Each Panini Instant card will be made to order and will be numbered on the back to reflect the total print quantity of each card. The cards will be shipped to consumers within three to five days after the 24-hour ordering window expires.
In addition to the base Panini Instant card, there will also be versions numbered to 25, five and only one, respectively. The first Panini Instant offering will be available tomorrow at iCollectPanini.com.

VM Klubben (Sweden) - VM Fotbolls Stjärnor (1958 World Cup Player Badges)

1958

VM Fotbolls Stjärnor (Badges)
VM Klubben
Sweden
200+

I picked up a few of these some years ago and keep them with my card collection. It seems that it is possible to get at least some of the players in at least seven different colours - Blue, Yellow, Red, Green, Cream, Light Blue and Teal. I have no idea how many players were issued. There were 16 teams at the World Cup tournament in Sweden in 1958 so there could be over 200. Does anyone know if a complete list exists? Two Welsh players along with Pelé and Garrincha are shown here.

UPDATE (14-07-2020 12:11):  Aaron Segaar has provided some additional information about some Mexican and Swedish players and I have also been able to add quite a few names to the list. 72 badges listed including one player available in two different colours.

200 cards

Portsmouth collector Ed Emptage has sent in scans of a card not listed previously. Syd Binks is in the original checklist twice, with Blackpool and Huddersfield, but on Ed's card he is with Portsmouth.

The original checklist can be found here - Barratt & Co. - (BAR-170) Cricketers, Footballers & Teams.
UPDATE (03-06-2016 17:12):  The year of issue has been updated from 1926 to 1925-1927. I'll let Roger Pashby explain:  Sid Binks only ever played four games for Huddersfield Town (scoring once), two in January 1925, two in September 1925, his last game being against Cardiff City. He then moved to Blackpool only days later on the 30th September 1925. After 55 games (and nine goals) at Bloomfield Road he joined – although he never played for – Portsmouth near the beginning of the 1927-28 season. Thus the cards MUST have been printed over the 1925-1927 period in order to encompass his presence at all three clubs.
